Wine Tour
La Serenissima is open for tours and tastings only by appointment. Our tours are an immersion into winemaking that starts in the vineyards, takes visitors through the winemaking process and ends in the cellar where wines are aged in oak barrels. Tony is an entertaining guide who generously shares his knowledge of the world of grapes and wine. He illustrates this 90 minute tour with tasting of different wines straight from the casks.
Meet Our Winemaker
TONY TISO is passionate about every step of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the winery, to the bottling line. Following his father’s vision of the sustainable production of high quality wine, he has brought the dream of La Serenissima to reality. Tony uses his finely tuned ability to identify flavor and aroma in wine in order to produce elegant varietals and blends…and when asked to name his favorite, Tony says, “The one you’re drinking now.”
BARREL TASTING
Join the winemaker in the barrel room and taste the wines before they’re bottled! More than a tasting opportunity, this is your chance to gain an understanding of both the process and progression of a wine as it ages. As a tasting destination, La Serenissima Winery offers an experience unlike any other.
